Personal Loan

Money for a wedding, a medical bill, a course, a relocation — or to replace expensive card debt with something far cheaper.

Card balances in India commonly run at 36–44% annualised. Moving that to a personal loan near 11% is usually the single largest saving an individual can make, and it is the request we handle most often.

  • No collateral and no guarantor required
  • No restriction on how the money is used
  • Sanction typically within 72 hours
  • Part-prepayment permitted on most panel products

Who typically qualifies

  • Salaried with net monthly income from ₹25,000
  • Self-employed with two years of filed returns
  • Age 23 to 58 at maturity
  • Bureau score of 700+ for the finest pricing

Documents we will ask for

PAN and Aadhaar, three months of salary slips or two years of ITRs, six months of bank statements, and proof of current address.

Structures we arrange

  • Unsecured term loans up to ₹75 lakh
  • Secured term loans and OD lines up to ₹5 crore
  • CGTMSE-backed credit for collateral-light firms
  • Machinery and equipment funding
  • Invoice discounting against confirmed receivables

Business Loan

Credit shaped around how your business actually collects, rather than a repayment schedule that ignores your cycle.

A firm with ninety-day receivables and a monthly EMI is being set up to struggle. We look at your cash conversion cycle first and then choose between a term loan, an overdraft line and invoice discounting — often a combination.

Most lenders want two years of filed returns and GST records. If you are younger than that, there are still three or four options on our panel worth a conversation.

Home Loan

The largest borrowing most people ever undertake, and the one where a small rate difference compounds into a very large number.

On a ₹60 lakh loan over 20 years, half a percentage point is roughly ₹4.1 lakh in interest. That is the entire reason comparing properly is worth the effort — and why we also review existing loans for a worthwhile transfer.

  • Purchase, construction, and plot plus construction
  • Balance transfer with top-up for renovation
  • Builder APF checks and legal follow-ups handled by us
  • PMAY-eligible cases identified and filed

Is a balance transfer worth it?

Only if the saving survives the costs. We model it before recommending it, including:

  • Foreclosure charges on the existing loan
  • Processing and legal fees on the new one
  • Fresh stamp duty on the mortgage deed
  • Remaining tenure — the shorter it is, the weaker the case

If it does not clear the costs comfortably, we will tell you to stay put.

Property we can lend against

  • Self-occupied or rented residential property
  • Commercial shops and office units
  • Industrial sheds and warehousing
  • Lease-rental discounting against a registered lease

Loan-to-value is typically 50–70% of assessed market value, depending on property type and location.

Loan Against Property

Capital at secured rates, without selling the asset or moving out of it.

LAP is the right answer when the requirement is large, the horizon is long, and unsecured pricing would be punishing — business expansion, a property purchase elsewhere, education abroad, or consolidating several costly facilities into one.

It is the wrong answer when the need is short-term and modest. We will say so, because the processing cost and the charge on your property are not worth it for a small, brief requirement.
